As the name suggests, you’ll be located in the heart of downtown in the historic Lincolnville neighborhood, within walking distance to a wide variety of landmarks, shopping, dining, attractions, and festivals, all offering unique experiences to get to know this eclectic city and the locals within it. If you happen to be visiting during the months of November thru January, you won’t want to miss the Nights of Lights, a dazzling and award-winning holiday lights display that you can experience by foot, boat, or trolley. What makes this home an even better destination is that your furry friends can come along and experience it all with you as well! When you’re ready to head out and spend a day on the sparkling white beaches Florida is well known for, you’re just a short drive away making day trips a cinch. There’s something new to explore every day in this gorgeous coastal community.

The home’s interior has been fully renovated, giving a fresh and modern look and feel and filled with relaxed furnishings. The L-shaped sofa in the living room is the perfect place to unwind while keeping up with the latest episode from you favorite streamed show on the large smart TV. The chic and brightly lit kitchen is as much charm as it is function, with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware on hand to assist in all your culinary endeavors. The adjacent counter space can seat 2 on high-top chairs for quick bites or to assist in meal prep, while formal meals can be enjoyed al fresco under the patio gazebo, accessible through double doors in the living room. Back here, your pets can stretch their paws in the spacious yard as you enjoy an evening cocktail and friendly game of cards. Back indoors and up the stairs, you’ll find a second cozy seating area with loveseat and smart TV, a quiet nook for a private movie or an afternoon nap.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

- Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- For security purposes there are cameras at the front door facing the entry and one on the back shed.
- Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.
- Please note that there is an additional of a one-time pet fee of $100 for the first pet and a one time of $50 for a second pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. If additional cleaning is required guests will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.
