This 2 bedroom condo was recently remodeled with new carpet, tile, paint, etc. This unit is on the 5th floor with beautiful expansive views of the ocean. There is an elevator for easy access to the rooms. The Community Pool is available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Enclosed, outside shower near the pool. 1 TV with Extended Cable, DVD player, and WiFi. Adjacent unit is also available for the extended family wanting to be together but in separate rooms!
