Perfect for business or leisure, our studio provides a hassle-free & memorable stay in Indianapolis.

**Street parking is first come first serve and free, however inquire within for adding on an assigned surface parking spot to your reservation!

Nice place, nice price convenient to downtown

Overall cute place, stable neighborhood, unit seemed brand new with perfect accessories.I am in the public safety business and our largest set of customers are TPLEs or vacation rentals in Florida.Sprinklers, smoke and co dectors with a fire alarm system coupled with security oriented access doors were impressive. Areas for improvement: needs parking, even for a fee, ground level window NOT lockable, fire extinguisher hidden under the sink, WiFi password hidden behind paper towels, motion detector override for panic hardware unacceptable and not legal.Feel free to contact me anytime.
