I got my degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Louisville. I lived in this house with 4 of my best friends until graduation, and now I own and manage it. I’ve loved how it’s treated me all these years, and I hope you can enjoy it as much as I have!!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is within walking distance of UofL’s campus. It has a coffee shop and a bakery right across the street!! Zanzabar is right next door, and is always full of music and fun!! I love the walkability of this neighborhood and the things to do.
What makes this property unique
This house can be rented in 2 separate pieces. The downstairs used to be rented out as an apartment and a family lived upstairs, now it’s rented as a whole house.
