Sequoia Mindset Lake Arrowhead
This beautifully renovated cabin combines luxury and comfort for the perfect getaway. Enjoy stunning sunsets, outdoor movies under the stars, and a spacious backyard with a HOT TUB, game area (cornhole, putt-putt, etc.), dining table, sectional couch, fire pit, and MOVIE PROJECTOR. Designed for memorable experiences, the cabin accommodates 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a sofa bed. Plus, e-bikes are available for summer fun.
There is a House Manual in the home.
HOUSE RULES
-Have a fantastic stay!
-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 9 pm to 8 am
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10 pm to 8am
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
- this is a Pet-Friendly home, Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
