The Chirpy Chalet on 3+ wooded acres has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a propane stove, fully-stocked updated kitchen, a fenced dog area and whole- house generator...everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great WI-FI, homemade treats upon your arrival, and light-up birdhouses no extra charge. So cozy! *A cleaning charge for EXCESSIVE cleaning will remain in force.

Why they chose this property
The Chirpy Chalet was my parents' home for almost 40 years. It's located in a quiet rural area, but it's only about 2 miles from downtown Ashland. Watch out for Amish horse and buggies!
What makes this property unique
We are one of very few chalet bungalows in the Ashland area. The house is filled with woodworking projects made by my dad, including the hardwood floors and much of the furniture. Pet friendly with $50 pet charge..
