- The area at the back of the property is private and off-limits to guests. Please stay within the fenced area and avoid venturing beyond it.

- Pets are not allowed on this vacation rental.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask you to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. *Fees may apply*
- Please ensure that the gate remains shut at all times.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
