About the host

I am a husband and father of 5 children. With a previous career as a firefighter, I decided to leave the service and become a full-time real estate investor. As of November 2021, I took on the role of educating beginning investors on how to jump into real estate with little to no money down. During the pandemic my wife and I wrote a short book, basically pertaining to real estate at a beginning level.
Why they chose this property
What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is that it's close to a lot of night life and entertainment of Independence Mo. For the most part the street that the property sits on is very quiet and peaceful.
