This unit has a new beauty rest mattress, new large capacity washer/ dryer. It is fully furnished with linen, fully equipped kitchen and crock pots.
MAXIMUM GUESTS 6. King bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, set of twin bunks.This unit is PRIME VIEW of everything! Walmart is only 0.4 mile away. It in next door to the Hottest Beach clubs. CLUB LAVELA , which is the Worlds largest Beach and Night Club, Spinnakers AND THE FAMOUS PINEAPPLE WILLIES. We have Wi-Fi, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Volleyball, 2 Olympic size pools, 2 kiddie pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security ATM, Arcade, and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach. I also have a set of chairs and and UMBRELLA in my closet that you may take down on the beach. All I ask is that you rinse them off when you return them.

Jamie was such a great host! She made sure she accommodated us as best she could and went out of her way for us which made me very grateful to be there. The property is great. The location is beautiful. I saw dolphins in the mornings from the balcony. Will definitely be going back!

The property was very nice. All employees very helpful. Condo was perfect for what we were wanting. We really enjoyed the view. They were working on elevators, but no issues. One elevator was down on the day we left.

Great stay!

Needed to press the reset button so I found this place and figured it was perfect for my getaway. Balcony views were awesome and catching sight of dolphins was a highlight. Listing was correct on the amenities. The crockpot/slow cooker made for easy meal plans. Definitely happy for the coffee maker. Not a coffee drinker myself but I know that without it's presence for my friend I'd not be writing this now.

Okay stay, condo and property could use some attention

Bed was comfortable with plush/soft mattress. Well stocked kitchen, except no cutting board. Sofa was not very comfortable due to worn out (compressed) cushions providing little cushioning. The recliner seemed semi-broken but comfortable. Balcony was nice and had comfortable furniture, but due to location in the building hear music played by the pool deck "tiki bar". It's not loud or obnoxious but would've preferred to not have had the constant background music. Sliding balcony door makes whistling/howling noises in the wind. Varied from slightly annoying to intolerable, depending on wind speed and maybe direction. This was reported to the owner on the morning of the 5th day of our stay and I also reported it directly to condo manager that same day. Nothing was done about it during the remaining 17 days of our stay. Pool and hot tub close at sunset, apparently due to some lighting issue that the condo association has not yet bothered to do anything about. Stepped on exposed carpet tack at kitchen entrance on first night, put a rug over it to avoid repeat.

Anazing views and accommodations

The condo is amazing. The view, close proximity to the beach and location in Panama City are great. We liked the bunk beds in the hall, great for our two girls. Jamie was very responsive and helpful.

Time to repair and update....

Living room recliner and sofa were both broke. Down, sagging and dated. Carpet was loose where joined at kitchen tile exposing sharp tack strips. Throw rugs. Mats in bathrooms floors are very dirty and need replaced or washed. Carpet is very outdated and ugly. Nice kitchen appliances

Great condo with an amazing view

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed. An extra bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner. The balcony was great with plenty of chairs and there was a nice view of the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Vacation!!!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and cozy. Bed very comfy. Jamie the owner was great to work with. The property is well maintained. Pools, hot tubs clean and very nice. Security 24/7, which was nice. Staff very friendly. Easy access to beach. Loved the little store, tiki hut, and Bikini Bob’s Restaurant (food very good). We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. Messaged Jamie to see if another night was available and she responded immediately and was very accommodating. We will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Amazing Stay

Jamie was so awesome in responding to all our questions. I was soo happy with our stay. The condo was a perfect size for my husband, 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter. The sleeper sofa was even comfy. Our daughter said most sleeper sofas aren't, but that one was. I liked the extra space we had in the bedroom for luggage. Location great! We will go back and if this one is available we will stay here. Very happy with our stay! Ty!

Great place for our girl's trip!

This unit provided everything we needed for our girls getaway! Jamie is an exceptional host and was very professional and helpful with our booking - even when we added an extra day. The never-ending view of the ocean from the balcony and living room is breath taking. The pools were just below our room. The dj was great and the pool side movie night was a cool treat! The tiki bar was definitely a win as well! The location was the best! Not too close to the congested traffic but still close enough to everything you need and more! I have read some other reviews and all I can say is no one will ever please everyone. We enjoyed our stay and were so satisfied that we've already booked for next year! **The 1 (out of 4) elevator was out of service. This being at no fault of the host of course, but was still not an issue for us as we just used the other 3 that worked just fine. Literally can't wait to go back!!

Perfect!

We have stayed at the Summit before but this room was so much better! It was more open. The 4th floor view is just breathtaking. The elevators are slow sometimes but thats not the unit owners fault! 😁 We will definitely be back next summer. The unit was clean & well stocked.

First thing I am going to say is the location was amazing. That’s about the only good thing about the property. The elevators were broken half the time. Mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Musty smell. Not updated at all lipstick on a pig. I would never rent this unit again.

Deceiving details

we have been to FL many times and this condo is the worst we've ever rented! It desparately needs updates. The carpet needs to GO! It felt so gross i refused to walk on it without shoes. The add on part of the bathroom is so small that the toilet paper holder is in your lap. The lock between the bathrooms fell off the first time we opened it, the washer had to be unplugged and plugged back in each time we used it. The only positive was the beautiful water and beach, which is the reason we went, so fortunately we didnt have to spend much time in the condo. Roaches also! A HUGE one was in my son's suitcase and another one on the kitchen counter! This condo is a HUGE NO!

Love the location

The summit is my favorite property in PCB. The staff is always nice. Security is visible on the property 24/7. The beach is not overly crowded. Love the tiki bar and Bikini Bob's. Plenty of room at the pools. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Air was cold. It has a full size washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes, silverware, bath towels, etc...lots of drawer space in the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with owner and check in/out process was easy. I would stay here again.

The tiki bar is great. The summit is self contained and has an on site restaurant, store and is so close to Walmart! We have a game room, ice cream parlor and so much more. I like that I can see the ocean from any of our units. Most popular spring break place to STAY!!
