Location
This home is over the hill and through the woods to a more secluded area of Keystone Resort. In the winter it's 10-15 minutes to the Keystone base areas at the Mountain House or River Run, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 35 minutes to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Loveland and 55 minutes to Vail. Keystone Resort offers sleigh rides and sleigh ride dinners from the back of the Keystone Ranch and also has a full service Nordic Center and tubing for young kids at the River Golf Course which is relatively close. Ice skating at one of the largest outdoor maintained rinks in the U.S. is also available at the Keystone Village. It is at least a 10-15 minute drive to all activities, restaurants, nightlife, coffee, ski/board rental and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood so you can walk the nearby lanes to enjoy the forest. The acclaimed Keystone Ranch Restaurant is just 5 minutes away and serves winter dinners and in the summer limited breakfasts, full service lunch and dinner.
In the summer the Keystone Ranch 18 hole golf course and full service pro shop are just 5 minutes away. It's only 10 minutes to the Keystone Stables for horseback riding. And cyclists can also ride out the ranch road and connect to the 55 miles of Summit County Rec Path. The Keystone Village has paddle boats, SUPs, bike rental and fishing lessons. It's about a 25 minute drive to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts June through September and the Dillon Marina has boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals.
