Well appointed, excellent location and your very own private hot tub!!

This beautiful, upper level 2 bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and sleeps 6.

A prime location, Crystal Forest 31 is a short walk to the village center and to the ski lifts!
Centrally located between the Main Village and the Morrisey Chair.

Sleeping Areas & Beds:

Master Bedroom has a king bed, private 3 pc ensuite, and flatscreen TV.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed, semi-private ensuite, and flatscreen TV.

Living area has a queen sofa bed.

Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom Ensuite - tub & shower, heated floors, shampoo, soap.

Amazing/s

We stayed for 11 day's for our daughter's wedding. the only downfall of this location is the amount of stairs. I had my 86 year old mother with me and it was a bit hard for her to climb all the stairs. Dave and Christy have a very well equipped kitchen, everything you could want and more. Lots to do in the village, Hot tub was a bonus as was the BBQ. Loved everything about this location (except the lack of elevators and all the stairs).

Girls Getaway

The perfect getaway!

Thank you so much for sharing your little oasis! My family and I had a very relaxing stay! My son absolutely loved the hot tub after a long day of playing baseball! We are trying to find a time that we can return! The whole experience was amazing!

Amazing holiday getaway

We spent 5 nights over Christmas and it was one of our favourites. The condo was roomy, cozy and well equipped. We skied Christmas Eve and ice skated on Christmas Day. Location was great / short walk to the village. It was the perfect holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Our Fabulous Annual Ski House

Holiday stay

Very clean and exactly as advertised, in close proximity to the village. Quiet location with a great hot tub and good privacy on the deck, which is unique in this development.

Excellent Stay

Had everything we needed and was close to the trail system and shuttle. Clean hot tub with a view, fully stocked kitchen, warm parking garage, private ski locker, and we especially appreciated all the hooks in each room. Great entry closet for wet gear/shoes. Would definitely stay again!

Loved everything about it

Our family had a fantastic little vacation at Sun Peaks. We had three excellent days of skiing and were so grateful to be able to ski right to our door on our tired legs each afternoon. The hot tub was the perfect way to soothe our aching muscles before cooking a hearty dinner in the (very well-stocked) kitchen and settling in for movies or games in the spacious living room. Our son was very comfortable sleeping on the pullout sofa, and our teen daughter had a room to herself. We loved that we were able to park our car and leave it for the duration of our stay. We walked into the village for two delicious dinners and rented ski gear from McSporties. We will definitely be back. We loved the mountain, the village, and the accommodations. Thank you!

Great place in a great location

Our family had a great stay in this unit. I was pleasantly surprised with just how clean and fully stocked it was. They had everything you could need during your stay including a Keurig type machine, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything looked brand new and so clean and well taken care of. The sofa bed was also very comfortable for our kids to sleep on. The mattresses were really comfortable too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was so welcoming and such a great cozy unit. And there was enough space for my family of 4 plus my parents. There is a ski locker outside the unit which was nice. There are a set of stairs to get into the unit, which for some people might be tricky, especially in ski boots. But the upside is that you get a private hot tub on the upper floor as opposed to on the ground floor. The views were spectacular. The location is great as well. There wasn't a a lot of snow when we went, but we were still able to ski down to the village and through it for ski out, and then take a trail in that comes to the backside of the complex for ski in. You have to walk a little bit but it's not very far. Overall had a great ski weekend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Property

Great property! Everything there that you need. Clean and comfortable, nice to have the hot tub to enjoy in the cool evenings. Very easy to communicate with the owners and property managers. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back 😊

Wonderful stay

Couldn't ask for more at this wonderful property. Our family had a relaxing time at Sun Peaks. Kitchen is well stocked and made meal preps easy. Hot tub was wonderful after hitting the slopes. Our kids can't wait to return.

Great property near the lifts and all amenities

We love this place and return each year. Lots of room for our 3 generations including baby, pre-schooler, parents and grandparents. Close to the lifts and an easy walk to the lovely Sun Peaks Village. The owners are helpful and available.

Perfect family holiday

The layout of this condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals in (even a pizza pan, which we forgot but had brought up homemade doughs and all the fixings). There was a cozy gas fireplace which was perfect to read by and watch family movies in the evening. We really appreciated the hot tub as we were there in a particularly cold spell (minus 25!) The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets. All communication before and during our stay was excellent. They have secured underground parking with a good height clearance which was perfect for our roof box on our SUV. We appreciated the parkade as we saw quite a few open parking spots elsewhere with vehicles quite "buried" in snow. We didn't need our car at all during our one week stay. It was very easy to ski in/out or walk a short distance to the village or other lifts. I would highly recommend this for a cozy vacation in an excellent location and we will definitely be back.

comfy, clean condo & great hosts!

Dave and Christy were fabulous hosts and their condo was a home away from home. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the clean, comfortable condo, which was very well equipped and cared for. There are lots of steps in this complex which kept us fit, but might not suit everyone. We would definitely go back!

Couples Golf Getaway

This unit was perfect for our stay with another couple. Each bathroom was ensuite style, and kitchen/living area roomy for four adults. Kitchen very well stocked with all utensils and spices needed to cook in suite. Also short walk to downtown and dining/pubs. Only caution is lots of stairs up to unit, so not good if you have mobility issues. We were fine and would definitely stay again. Dave & Christy were very responsive with communication. They are replacing the fridge, so recommend double checking with them to see if it’s been replaced before bringing anything that needs to be frozen. Overall a great place to stay!
