We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival. If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow.*
