a west end unit which offers incredible sunsets and island views, in addition to, the spectacular
beach front vista. This unit is located at the Caribbean Resort Condominium which is known for
having floor to ceiling windows= best views on the beach!

‘Sandy Bottoms’ is a beautifully updated gulf front condo. From the moment you walk in the
door, you will see that it has been tastefully decorated in beach colors of blues, greens, and
coral. The artwork was selected to showcase the talent of local artists. The furnishings are
attractive, comfortable and the open living concept makes gathering with family and friends
easy with plenty of space for everyone.
The dining room has a large table with a bench and chairs to provide seating for up to eight
people for meals or games. The breakfast bar is spacious and comes with four barstools. Two
new sofas and an additional chair in the living area offer plenty of seating, as well as, a perfect
spot for reading, watching TV or just watching the pelicans fly along those perfect beach views.
The living area opens up to the balcony which includes a table, 4 chairs and extra seating.
The enlarged and remodeled kitchen was designed and stocked with all you should want or
need. This includes a beverage fridge on the corner of the bar, a Keurig and drip coffee maker,
drinks area, blender, mixer, crockpot & griddle. There is ample custom cabinet storage for all of
your groceries. A full-sized stackable washer/dryer completes the kitchen area. The best
part…..there is a beautiful beach view from the kitchen area as well!!
The large master suite has a king-sized bed with a new pillowtop mattress and SMART TV. This
bedroom has access to the main balcony to enjoy those amazing views. The bath has ‘His and
Hers’ sinks, as well as, an extra-large walk-in spa/shower with bench.
The middle bedroom comes with a queen bed, full bed, and a SMART TV & DVD player making
it perfect for parents with small children or groups of younger people. This bedroom opens to
the middle bath that is shared with the living area.
The third bedroom is not just a bedroom, but another full-sized suite. It is separated from the
main area a bit which makes it perfect for naps, sleeping babies, a second couple, grandparents
or guests that prefer a little more privacy and quiet. This room is decorated in nautical colors of
blues, greens and whites. It has a king-sized bed, love seat, SMART TV, and a full, private
bathroom. Additionally, this third bedroom has its very own private balcony that overlooks the
north and west, along with, floor to ceiling windows for great beach & sound sunset views!

The Caribbean Resort offers a great pool and two hot-tubs (one is extra-large), The pool is
heated seasonally from March thru October. There is a covered seating on the lanai and open
seating at the pool area. Parents or grandparents can sit on the lanai and still be able to monitor
kids in the pool. The Caribbean Resort has an updated beach walkover which is wheelchair,
stroller and wagon accessible with a large ramp. They have included a seating area mid-
walkover for enjoying sunrises, sunsets or just casual conversations while enjoying the
spectacular view. Lifeguards are also posted near our condo for beach guests’ safety and peace
of mind.
