Large, Lakefront Home and Guesthouse on the South East side of Seneca Lake.
Our lakefront property has plenty of space for families or friends to gather and enjoy all that Seneca Lake has to offer. This newly-constructed, vacation rental has 2 separate homes on 3 acres with a total of 3900 square feet of finished interior space. Ideally located on the south east side of Seneca lake, just 10 minutes from Watkins Glen, 25 minutes from Ithaca, 30 minutes from Geneva, and 40 minutes from Corning.
The main house has 4-bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a washer and dryer to easily accommodate a family of 10 between the 2 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 queen-sized bed. This home has 2 living rooms, dining & kitchen tables, and a large, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The guest house has an additional master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private full bath. This guest house offers a second full bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, and laundry facilities to welcome 4 more guests.
This lovely property offers plenty of exterior space with seating for everyone between the sundeck, boat dock, patio, and yard space. Parking is also no issue for large groups with multiple spaces between the main home and guest house, along with a large garage behind the home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like 70" Smart Televisions, Free WiFi, Air-conditioning, gas grills with propane tanks provided, boat & jet-ski slips, and Fire-pits.

We were both born and raised only a half hour drive from Seneca Lake and have now been locals here for over 30 years. We enjoy going out to eat at all the delicious, restaurants that strictly support New York State farms & the local economy themselves by featuring farm-to-table dishes. Of course, we also enjoy many of our neighboring wineries and breweries. We became hosts because we want other families to come experience this great region.
Why they chose this property
What drew us to the South East Seneca neighborhood is the privacy and quiet while being centrally located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and the Seneca Lake wine trail. Along with nice, residential neighbors to each side of our property that are over 50 yards away in both directions. Then the wooded area and vineyards that are behind the home makes it feel very secluded.
What makes this property unique
This property is spacious, private, and unique in that it has 3 separate living spaces. Making this home ideal for large families with varying ages to come together for vacation but still have their own area to retreat to when desired. There is a 2-story, 4-bedroom home along with a 1-bedroom guest house with large, outdoor patio between the two homes.
