YOU WILL OBTAIN A PARKING PASS AT THE RESORT FROM THE FRONT DESK TO SECURE IN YOUR VEHICLE FOR THE ENTIRETY OF YOUR STAY - UP TO 2 PARKING PASSES. AGAIN THE RESORT CHARGES A PARKING FEE/RESORT FEE FOR AMENITIES OF $100.41 FOR THIS UNIT WHICH WILL GAIN ACCESS TO ALL AMENITIES/EATERIES ON SITE AVAILABLE!
• EACH WRISTBAND LOST/MISPLACED WILL INCUR $100 BAND REPLACEMENT FEE GUESTS LESS THAN 12 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT EXPECTED TO WEAR ARMBANDS. WE RECOMMEND WHEN GOING DIFFERENT PLACES ON SITE IN GROUPS TO ONLY TAKE 1-2 BANDS AS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF LOSS.

The entire unit is set up beautifully with a King Suite having access to the balcony with sliding doors, an en suite bathroom including a shower and large jetted tub, a large closet located right off a large common living room with a dining area right off the full kitchen.

THE RESORT:
SHOPS BELOW-There are coffee shops, pizza parlors, a hair salon, candy/ice cream shop, Mexican cuisine, and a full seafood buffet! There is even a sandwich shop and bar/grill with entertainment. This resort truly has it ALL and we love how convenient our ground floor options make things for families and guests of all ages.

POOLS/HOT TUBS:
Did we mention there are 5 pools here, more than any other resort in Panama City Beach or the gulf coast !? It creates many memory opportunities for your little swimmers, and late night hours when kiddos are usually enjoying their vacation even from sunup to sundown.

This resort is "around the corner" from SO many fun activities and convenient shops. Go karts, surf & souvenir shops, restaurants and donut shops, Walmart, and the beloved Panama City Beach's Pineapple Willy's restaurant (just across the street). Many guests eat here several times due to their wonderful food, affordable prices, and location right on the beach that can't be beat!

CLOSE TO ELEVATORS:
Located just off the elevators, 4 units down on the SIXTH floor, take the elevator or skip and take the stairs for faster, more convenient proximity during the busy summer months.

LAKESIDE BALCONY:
The balcony here at Floridian Wave provides plenty of seating, offering even a door alarm safety feature (if you want to use it) to keep small children safely inside. Balcony doors are very heavy, and we do consider them harder for very young children to open.

MORE AMENITIES HERE:
Starter pack of all paper products: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper PER bathroom, 1-2 dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, and 1-2 trash bags per bathroom. Any items used in excess of these quantities will need to be purchased additionally by the guests.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK:
We do accept rot bookings from guests 23 years and under, nor third party bookings. Any violation of this party will be called, verified, and reported through Airbnb. At time of discovery, you may or may NOT be entitled to a refund for the reservation.

STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY:
Due to obvious furniture damage, allergens & respect for other guests as well as owner's property, all of the properties we host include no smoking policies, even on the balcony.

LOCATION:
This unit is in the center of it all! Walmart, go kart tracks, seafood restaurants, souvenir shops, donut shops, park your car and walk to it all! Best part is the three beach accesses with one being private, to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico.

FOR THE KIDS:
We LOVE making our younger guests feel special and thought of. As a parent myself, I have tried to make each design item safe, as well as provide access in our unit to fun games and toys. When your kids are having fun, you relax and have fun. And no-one wants to worry OR be bored while on vacation!

RESORT RESTAURANTS:
I cannot say enough how having these shops and restaurants below will change your entire ease of vacationing! A true break not having to spend a large majority fighting traffic and wasting on too many groceries! There is even a hair salon below, toys and boogie boards in the ice cream shop, and plenty of picnic tables to set lakeside in the back of the beautifully large resort.

PARKING:
Please note the resort collects a one time $100.41 parking fee upon arrival. This will provide each room of guests a packet with arm bands, beach access gate code, map of resort, and two parking passes for the entire duration of your stay. All guests 12 and older are expected to have armbands on when walking around the resort. This resort has 10+ members of security patrolling the area day and night, as well as a secure entry/exit. Gates surround the property for added safety.

WRISTBANDS:
You will be given access to 9 wristbands left in the room, upon checkout we will verify if any wristbands are misplaced, lost, stolen, etc. IF less than 9 wristbands are left in the unit there will be a $100 replacement fee charged back to your booking.
