Renters Beware: Misleading Listing—Critical Issues in This Property!
Despite efforts to address some concerns, the overall experience did not meet the expectations set by the listing, leading to significant inconvenience for our group. It gave the impression that no one checked to ensure the property was in the necessary condition to receive new guests, that all appliances and amenities were in working order, etc. The main refrigerator was completely inoperable for our entire stay. Affter two visits, from two separate repairmen, they declared that it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. We were advised to use the alternate refrigerator – which should not have been the solution.The alternate refrigerator was leaking water and not cooling. Although the repairman defrosted it on the second day of our stay, and it eventually began to cool, it had no shelves in it, so it was woefully inadequate for the amount of items we brought to support 12 guests over 5 days. This left us no choice but to purchase a cooler and ice to salvage the food and beverages we had already bought for the stay. · The game amenities, a major reason we selected this property, were unusable: the pool table was warped and uneven, causing all the balls to roll to the center, and the basketball game scoreboard did not work either. · The AC thermostat batterie
