Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, microwave, pipoqueira, suqueiras, blender and domestic appliances. Pantry, bathroom, toilet and dining room with 6 chairs. Complete dependence and garage.
Upper floor: 4 suites, all with closets, 2 suites with 1 double box bed and 1 single each, 1 suite with queen box bed and 1 suite with 3 box beds that can be converted into 1 king bed and 1 single. Large balcony and a living room.
Pool: large, with waterfall, space for children and whirlpool.
Barbecue: Electric with rotisserie, cooktop and freezer for alcoholic beverages.
Internet access (Wi Fi)
The condo is cut by a lake with walking path, cycling and wooded. Concierge with 24 hours security.
