Why they chose this property
I chose Guánica because it's on the beautiful island I grew up, Puerto Rico! It's beautiful and allows you to connect with nature. You can enjoy hiking, birdwatching, visiting a historic fort or secluded beaches; as well as enjoying plenty of water activities! Let's not forget about the delicious seafood!
What makes this property unique
It has private beach access to the famous Playa Santa. It's very secure being it's in a gated community. We also have a roof-top, where from the comfort of your home you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, sea-breeze and the stars!!
