It creates a wonderfully peaceful environment with a private walk-up entrance and dedicated parking space right out front. The wide open living / kitchen / dining space provides a sense of home, while you're enjoying time away.

This is a private unit with it's one outside entrance.

Located just off Traverse City's popular Garfield Road corridor, it's just a short stroll to the beaches, Downtown TC, multi use TART trail, civic center park, and Northwestern Michigan college.
Getting Around:
Guest can park 1 car in the labeled parking space in front of the apartment.
