Waterfront property with Pool and Hot Tub
Escape to your perfect Florida getaway with waterfront views of the corner lot canal access, indoor heated pool, hot tub and access to the best beaches Florida has to offer within minutes! Enjoy the sun outside with the layout chairs or even have a nice outdoor lunch with the family and kids. Florida offers so many adventures and sight seeing activities to do, we want to help make that even better with the perfect Executive home for you to complete your adventure!

Quiet Neighborhood. VERY safe. Very accessible to shopping. with major stores within walking/biking distance
House has huge open spaces on one side for group entertaining. Opposite side of the house holds the three major bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The noise cancellation between the spaces is amazing. Pool doors open up the kitchen/dining area to the pool for enjoyment for the kids while the adults can be at the table or the island enjoying mutual time.
POOL HEAT SURCHARGE - $20/day, by request.
POOL has a cover which keeps water around 74 degrees.
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN POOL AREA-broken glass in the pool requires a full water exchange - $1500
Boat rental options available, PLEASE INQUIRE.
Sauna Access upon request and approval. Insurance requires limited access for liability purposes
No garage access until after January.
