Apartment MAJATALO is very cozy apartment in calm district close to the downtown, confortable for 4-5 persons. We´ve decorated to make it feel like home. It is perfect for couples or families besause it´s located in calm neighborhood but also is perfect for business people because it is close to the center, restorans and public transport (tram, bus, train, taxi). Apartment has nice balcony where you can enjoy sitting with the beautiful weather. If you arrive with a vehicle we offer free privat parking. If you arrive by train, don´t wory, the railway station is only 5 minutes on foot from apartment. You are welcome and we will be delighted for you to enjoy apartment.

Fifth Floor Zagreb Apartment.

Wonderfully updated apartment in great location. Host was most helpful. Nice to have free parking. Building does have small elevator.

Location of the apartment is 5 minutes or less from train station & central city is about 15 minutes walk, shorter if you take train. Owner born & raised in apt. & was very helpful with suggestions must see. Yes, yes we would return.

Great apartment in Lower Town

Spacious, clean, well stocked apartment with a very responsive host; Valdka. We would certainly stay here again and will recommend it to friends. The apartment is close to the upper town escalator and the tram system. Getting to the escalator takes you through a tunnel with a variety of shops including a couple of great bakeries. Consider staying at Valdka's apartment in Zagreb.

Nice 2BD apartment in Zagreb Lower Town

We rented this 2BD/2BA apartment just south of Zagreb Lower Town. It's in a faceless apartment building, but it's been nicely renovated and the space is really nice. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, which is great for personal privacy. The 2 bathrooms are modern and clean. There are 2 balconies. And there is good light. The owner is super helpful and nice. I would stay here again. The only downside is that it's a little bit south of Lower Town - but it's an easy 10-15 minute walk into historic Zagreb.

Good option for downtown Zagreb

The outside of the building and the elevator look discouraging, but ignore them and go to the apartment. (The elevator works fine, just looks bad.) Everything else at Apartment Majatalo is fantastic. The apartment is clean and updated. Everything works well, including Wifi. There are two balconies. The location is just a block south of the train station, convenient walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the main city square and the main tourist attractions. I would gladly stay here again in Zagreb.

Wonderful space, great location

The Apartment Majatalo is very clean, comfortable, and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great - easy walking distance to the tram and train station on Tomislav Square then a straight shot to Jelačić Square. The pass through to the square has a grocery, bakeries, pharmacy, and more. Beds are comfy, bathrooms large, plenty of towels. The balcony was a real bonus, and the cross breeze kept it comfy even in the summer. In spite of being near the motorway, the apartment is quiet and secure. The floor plan was wonderful for a couple and a singleton - separate spaces and privacy for everyone as well as the common area. Vlatka communicates promptly in fluent English and was helpful before and after our visit. The price was also quite reasonable. We loved our stay here!
