The second pool (heated in winter) includes a fitness center and adjacent tennis courts, located centrally within the complex. - This property allows one dog but the breed & weight must be approved prior to booking. If approved, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 as well as providing current vaccination paperwork to the HOA office
- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.
- Parking is free. You will receive the code to the gate and there will be parking and gate passes in the unit when you check-in.
- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
