This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Tudor-style home radiates warmth and sophistication, with vaulted ceilings, a decorative fireplace, and abundant natural light throughout. Thoughtfully updated to preserve its original character, the home features:
- A primary suite with a walk-in closet, private bath, and a Peloton bike discreetly placed in the corner for convenient workouts.
- A middle bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for kids.
- A third bedroom at the front of the home with a queen bed for additional guests or family members.
- A beautifully updated kitchen with soapstone marble countertops, a Wolf range, and a cozy breakfast nook.
- A detached guest house with a full bath, Murphy bed, and desk—ideal as a multi-use space for work or accommodating guests.
The backyard offers ample seating areas, perfect for entertaining or quiet relaxation.
This home is thoughtfully designed for families, with plenty of kids’ toys stored in the closets and even a blow-up bouncy house for the front yard (use requires signing a waiver).

-A blow-up bouncy house for children, perfect for playtime in the front yard (waiver required for use).
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
