We’ll cared for property in a convenient location. Well equipped kitchen. Could walk to slopes but I didn’t see anyone do it. Bus stop is out front but we used the First Time carpool lot for a very easy in/out. Would be perfect with a real fireplace and in-unit laundry!
The condo was cozy and provided good space while being walking distance to park city lifts, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. Would be happy to stay here again.
Perfect location, easy walk to slopes, bus stop out the front door, walkable to grocery/restaurants. Place was warm, cozy, and comfortable, had everything we needed for a 3-night stay with friends.
We stayed 3 nights in park city and were a short walk away from the ski lifts. The condo was a great size for our family of 6 and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!
This condo has been recently renovated and was very tastefully decorated. Owners communicated well and were accommodating. Location is great for skiing--a bus right at the parking lot goes to the mountains/lifts nearby, as well as to historic Park City. Kitchen was well equipped, and there were some games and puzzles to keep our early-riser kid occupied while others slept in. We'd definitely stay here again when we return to Park City.
Family spring break trip with our four children. Condo location was ideal. We easily ubered to and from airport and then we were able to walk everywhere. We could walk 7min to the ski lifts at Park City and the main strip of Park City is about a 12 min walk away. The condo is a great size with everything you need. Host was easily contacted if we needed. The whole four night stay was easy and we had a great time.
Deb's condo was in the perfect location for accessing the slopes. It was the perfect size for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). Deb was amazing with recommendations and accommodating our requests. Would definitely stay again.
I stayed here with my family for a short ski vacation. The location is perfect, as we had easy access to town and mountains. The house was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Public transit literally stopped right in front of the condo, if we wanted a quick ride straight to town. Would stay here again!
The property was excellent! We had cable connection issues but the overall stay was as advertised. I would recommend for sure.

Cozy and comfy
Condo was just fine for our group of two skiers and two non skiers. Nicely equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Great location for walking to PCMR and quick drive to grocery store.
We had a group of 6 adults, and all fit perfectly in the condo. We were in town for Sundance and took advantage of the easy bus stop and walking distance to the theaters we had movies at. The condo was well stocked, with easy parking and we had great directions/communication around everything. We would love to stay here again for future Sundnace Film Festivals.

Great location, very clean
Literally a 10 minute walk from Park City Base. Could do it in ski boots with no issues, but why do that when the free shuttle stops right in front of the condo unit (use the one across the street, and you will get to Park City Base in 5 minutes!). The Fresh Market grocery store is only a few blocks away (again, the free shuttle is the way to do it), and there is a 7-11 across the street for any last-minute/late night needs. The unit is a very spacious three-bedrooms, and the host was great with questions and requests. A great place to stay for a family. Very clean, and a great stay!
This was our second time staying and it was just as clean and comfortable as the first stay. It also helped that we were even more familiar with the area and how to get around. It doesn't get much more convenient. Right out the front door are your bus stops and you'll be 2 or 3 stops to the mountain base or a short ride to Main Street. 5 minutes walk to grocery store or just across the street to 711 for essentials. The condo is equipped with the basics that will you need for cooking your own meals. The unit is clean, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The community hot tub is great for after those long ski days. Deb's communication is punctual and she has previously given great recommendations.

Loved this place! Perfect Location.
The condo was cute and comfy! It had everything we needed. The hot tub is located on the first floor and is very close to the condo. The most convenient thing is the bus stop right outside the condo. There's a bus every 5 minutes that will take you to Main Street. If you're trying to go further than Main Street, the buses will take you wherever you need to go. It's very close to the grocery store as well. We didn't need to rent a car. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was stocked with some non-perishable items from previous guests, like sugar, coffee and coffee filters. The condo is a short walk to the Park City Ski Lodge, we walked there every morning with our skis to hit the Slopes. We are very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing condo and location!
A group of 6 of us stayed here over Superbowl weekend (Go Eagles!!!) and had an amazing time. The condo was recently renovated and it is gorgeous with fabulous high end finishings. There was ample space even for 6 people to live comfortably and plenty of seating to accommodate everyone all together in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils and dinnerware. The bedrooms were huge and spaced well from each other giving you extra privacy from your roommates. No laundry in the condo, but the laundry is right down stairs and clean and safe, but remember your coins! Hot tub was great and huge, accommodating 6-8 comfortably.
The location was one of the best features, a quick walk up the hill to Park City Mountain resort or you can catch the bus right outside the condo to the mountain or main street. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk as well. We had a fabulous time skiing and enjoying Park City, but enjoyed our nights at the condo ordering in and playing games all together. We will come back and stay again for sure. Thanks Deb for the amazing condo and support during our stay!
The property manager is extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. She even provided recommendations that our family enjoyed.
Uber worked out great for us to get to and from the airport. Then the shuttle bus (MyStop App) is an easy way to get downtown.
The condo is extremely clean and spacious. It was more than enough room for our family of four. There is another condo being built right outside the sliding door / balcony, but you can still see some of the mountain.
Walking to the base of the mountain is uphill. So I’d recommend catching the shuttle bus, especially if you have your ski boots on.
We rented from Ski N See and stored the skis overnight (they don’t store poles or boots). Great service and conveniently located at the base of the mountain. It’s also less expensive than renting through Epic when buying our lift tickets.
Grocery store is a short walk. We carried emptied backpacks to fill them for our walk back. There is also a 7/11 and a Starbucks just across the street.
The hot tub is just across the sidewalk and located at the next building. We were worried it may be overcrowded but no one else used it while we were in it.
My only recommendation would be to replace the queen bed with a king bed in the master bedroom.
All in all, we loved staying at this condo and the responsiveness by the property manager. We will be staying here again!!
Beautiful condo-Close to mountain base-We will return!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The booking process was smooth and the check-in details arrived a week prior to our arrival date. The key-less entry allowed all members of our party to come and go as needed and not need to worry about keys. Parking was easy to find in the lot and a shuttle stop (the free town shuttle) is directly in front of the property. The unit has been updated and the pictures in the listing are accurate. The living room was cozy with the electric fireplace and large windows looking up at PCMR. In the early morning (6 am or so) you can sit on the couch with a cup of coffee and watch the groomers finishing their work, laying down beautiful corduroy, as the sun just begins to rise. This became my daily ritual - the views from the living room windows are great! The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary items plus nice touches like a griddle and a gold-tone filter coffeemaker. The unit is on the second floor, facing away from the street and any possible traffic noise. The laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers (high quality commercial machines) is located in the basement. Bring quarters - a wash is $1.75 and a dry is $1.50. While we visited the complex was quiet and the our neighbors were friendly when we saw them in passing.
The layout of the condo allows everyone space with a large dining table to gather for meals and a coffee table in the living room to play one of the board games found in the unit. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were comfortable with nice linens - my son commented how soft his sheets were on the bunk bed; the same can be said about the bath towels, plush and high quality. The entire unit was spotless and were impressed by he mud room and bench in the entry; it was well planned and provided high-mounted pegs for hanging bibs to dry and trays to store boots.
The walk to the base of the mountain and some local sports shops is close. We walked to the hill each morning in our snow boots and used rental services with overnight storage for our skis/snowboards to lighten our load.
We would highly recommend this unit for a small group or two families looking to stay close to the base. Deb, the owner, was quick to respond to emails and texts and really made our stay at Park City a joy! We are looking forward to returning next season.
The condo had everything we needed! It was in walking distance to the slopes, it had a rack in the entry way to hold your skis and boots, the free bus to Main Street was right in front of the complex, it was close to the grocery and liquor store, the fire place provided extra warmth and coziness. There wasn’t a lot of parking if you had a rental car, but we had no trouble getting a spot. I don’t have any complaints. Just one suggestion…and it’s minor, we could have used a tray for our Charcuterie and appetizers we made. But made due by using the cutting board in place of a tray. In the end the condo was everything we were looking for in our stay.
