Everything there was perfect. I’m not sure how else to describe it! It was everything we needed! If you’re thinking about this place, I definitely recommend it!

My husband Steve and I reside in Green Bay with our family, but are originally from the area. We enjoy spending time enjoying the water and recreation along the shore and throughout the county. We wanted to share this community with others,
Why they chose this property
I grew up along the bay and spent every summer enjoying the water, when this property became available we couldn’t help but jump at the opportunity. Conveniently located close to town, and within walking distance to a golf course, we couldn’t have a better spot!
What makes this property unique
This property has private access to the water with plenty of room for boat parking. There’s a boat landing 1/4 mile away, so someone could walk if desired. The golf course is right across the street. No need for two cars if people wanted to do things separately!
