Many of the units are owner occupied or used on weekends only, as such the complex is restful and secure. The unit is wheelchair friendly, although not fully ADA compliant. The entry threshold has been lowered and door openings widened. One shower is wheelchair friendly and the bathtub/shower combo has a grab bar. The unit is 1,274 sq.ft. one of the larger units in the complex. Elevator access to the parking garage.
Oceanside is an ideal refuge for those northern snowbirds during winter and southwest desert folks during the summer. The Pacific Ocean breeze mitigates the temperature extremes making for ideal outdoor activities.
