Stairs are a workout but the view is beautiful. Place was comfortable, clean and stocked with towels and items you can use at the beach (chairs, towels etc)

Wow, what a place

Stunning location, fabulous facilities, super clean. We are definitely going to be coming back and enjoying this beautiful place. Hearing the ocean as you wake up, what more could you want!

Lovely Stay in Pismo

Great oceanfront experience

Beautiful views of ocean, coast and pier. Short walk to fun shops and restaurants. Great communication from owners. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience.

Paradise in Pismo!!

The unit itself is beautiful and spacious! The balcony views are breathtaking. Loved how close everything is including the short walk to the beach. You get a good workout walking up to the top, however, well worth it! Will be booking with them again!

Wonderful beach stay without the sand

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pismo on the Beach. A minor suggestion: It would have been helpful to know that the unit had a drip coffeemaker. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Great long weekend on Pismo Beach

We were in town for a memorial weekend wedding in San Luis Obispo and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Condo was outstanding. We went to bed listening to the waves all night long, and woke up to drinking morning coffee watching the surfers from our balcony. Hope to return some day.

Great stay!

The location could not be better! The view of the beach is the entire length of the apartment. Lots of space. The hosts are ABSOLUTELY hilarious. I happened to run into them when we were coming back from a walk on the beach and they were a breath of fresh air after traveling across country with three little kids who were bickering the entire time!

Nice stay but had issues

No instructions on how to use remotes. There were 2 and the property manager kept insisting there was a HDMI button and I sent them pics of remote and checked tv. Didn’t have any tv night 1. 2nd night limited to local channels bc direct tv box not working. Size of shampoo, etc was good for 1 night. Not 2 adults/ 2 nights.

Amazing Condo

Unit was very clean and fantastic location. Grilled some steaks on one of the shared bbq’s one of the nights. It was a quality Weber grill and obviously kept clean. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed listening to the ocean as we fell asleep. Made breakfast in the kitchen the next morning. There is one sofa sleeper in the living room and sofa sleeper in the Master, neither of which we used. I am already thinking about a return trip. Highly recommend this condo.

Great view at the top floor of outdated building.

3 stars seems too low, but I will be honest, I did not love this place. It checks all the boxes, though - excellent location, spacious, very clean, everything works, as advertised. There is nothing wrong with the place and it was lovely sleeping with the roar of the ocean. I think I just expected a nicer place for this price-point.. a minimal amount of cosmetic work (even just getting rid of the popcorn ceiling?) would go a long way into making this a super nice place to be.

Perfect place to enjoy Pismo Beach!

Looking for a perfectly located, clean, simple place with stunning views from every room? Look no further, this is it. The place is located at the very end of a quiet street and the sand is just as close as it looks in the pictures. Comfortable couch, amazing large windows and a super comfortable bed (with soft sheets too!) made me not want to leave. All the main shops, restaurants and activities are just steps away. We had dinner at the nearby Oyster Loft twice in a row, it was so good. Splash's clam chowder lives up to its amazing reputation too! Being able to walk out your front door and instantly be on the powdery soft sand is truly an amazing experience. So too is being able to people watch from the comfort of the large private balcony! Wifi worked great and my wife and I will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing place in the future. Stop thinking about it, book now! Kim and Jenny, thank you for the prompt and clear communications and for sharing such an awesome place! Much appreciated! :)

All about the view

This is an awesome place to stay thanks to the amazing view. You have a front row seat on the beach, with the building extending further out onto the beach than any other so it's like you're alone in a treehouse. The sound of the ocean is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony (though there is no shade or table for eating). My kids enjoyed talking the people walking by from the balcony. The condo itself is fine, clean and serviceable, but not exceptional (think popcorn ceilings with costco furniture). Great blackout curtains. There is parking but not very convenient for loading and unloading as everything must be carried through parking garage, through garage door, around building down sidewalk, then up at least two flights of stairs. The microwave smelled like burning electrical wires so we didn't use it, the carpet needed to be replaced. We were grateful for use of the washing machine in the garage. Overall I would recommend it with some caveats regarding accessibility. It is a reasonably good value considering the view but you are definitely paying for the view.

Gorgeous Sunsets!!!!

The views from this property are absolutely amazing! Customer support was wonderful as well. Great location with the beach right out front, and restaurants and attractions all within short walking distances. A wonderful stay!
