This nice and welcoming space offers plenty of natural light and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer. With one bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities, guests can relax and recharge after a day of exploring. Enjoy a private patio and yard, and outdoor shower after a day at the beach. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Steps to the South County bike path, minutes to all great restaurants and many beaches. Walk or bike 1.3 miles to the pier. For your safety, mattress and pillows are sealed in moisture and pathogen-resistant cases, AC system with remote controls *Linens and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels and chairs for you stay? This apartment is on the lower level of the house. Owner occupied in upper level to assist with anything you may need.
