Disappointing and Unsafe Experience – Avoid This Listing
While there were a few positive aspects of our stay at this condo, the overwhelming number of issues made it an overall disappointing experience.Pros:1.The view from the condo was absolutely stunning and one of the few highlights of our trip.2.The location was convenient and provided easy access to nearby attractions.3.The resort itself had a nice bar and restaurant, which we enjoyed during our stay.Cons:1.Unsafe Construction Environment: The entire floor was undergoing major construction, which the host failed to disclose. The noise, debris, and unsafe conditions—including broken glass and nails—were completely unacceptable. Building management confirmed the floor was unfit for occupancy and we were told directly that the owners have been aware of this for quite some time.2.Delayed Access: We were not provided the entry code at the scheduled check-in time, delaying our access to the unit and adding unnecessary stress.3.Privacy Violation: A maintenance worker attempted to enter our unit early in the morning, yelling at us that it was supposed to be unoccupied. This was very frightening for an all female group.4.Substandard Unit Conditions:•Electrical outlets were missing covers, and several plugs and lamps didn’t work.•Dirty towels and inadequate bedding were provided. The sleeper sofa had no sheets or blankets, leaving one of our group without proper bedding for two nights. Despite repeated requests, the host failed to address any issues.
