When I rent out one of my units I always go by my golden rule...Never rent out a place I wouldn't want to live in myself. I have lived in all of my units at different times for different reasons. Location! Old school beach vibes. Easy access to beach and the airport too!
Walk to everything so a car isn't really needed unless its to commute to work. Even then bikes do the trick!

What makes this property unique
Mermaid Manor Beach Haven reminds me of an old English or German styled building. It's got wood beams and its quaint. It has its own style and charm. I tend to the gardens myself as much as I can and I like to think they add to the sum of beauty in the world.
