My family and I moved to Bolton in 2016 and fell in love with the area. We are avid outdoor people and enjoy skiing snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and generally anything else you can do outdoors.
In 2017 we decided to buy a home and this property became available. We lived here full-time for several years and raised our girls here. The Bolton community is unique as it is a combination of local families and travelers.
The resort is super close and you can utilize the amenities it provides while enjoying the privacy of your own space.
This place is great because it provides a fun environment during all of the seasons. The beauty of the fall with the leaves changing, the winter ski/snowboard adventures, the quiet of spring, and the hiking, biking, and swimming in the river during the summer.

It is big enough to accommodate large groups. It is close to Bolton Valley Resort as well as The Ponds where weddings are held through the Summer and Fall. It is private, yet close to all the amenities of the resort and it has a private hot tub!!
