House is located close to BSU, airport, downtown and both hospitals.
What makes this property unique
Being not far from freeway enables quick access to most of the Valley. The backyard is quiet and the gardens add to the serenity of a outdoor dining experience. All wood floors through out and a full bathroom with shower/bath. Second bedroom doubles as office with desk & computer.
