This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony. The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Nice location

A few issues with tiny bugs all over the kitchen and bathroom counters. Also some bigger bugs in unit. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Not the best

Where should I start, upon arrival first thing you noticed is blue tape all over the floors it looks like a crime scene layout second the windows are so dirty you could hardly see out after it supposedly had just been cleaned, the bed spread on the master bed was so gray where it should have been White human hairs on the windowsill in the bathroom the patio door so hard to open that my wife couldn't even open it, this unit was not cut out as it was explained. Property Management we called to ensure the unit was good working order since a hurricane passed through two weeks prior we were told everything was perfectly working. Upon arrival we come to find out the pool's closed because it still has three feet of sand in it no deck chairs needless to say this unit was not cut out as a steller property. Scott H.

Emerald Isle 204

Loved the property and location. Room was as advertised with lots of recent updates. FYI to maintenance, drains need to be checked periodically. I cleaned out one sink that was not draining and had to run the disposal to get the kitchen sink to drain properly. The non-master bathtub needs its drain snaked, as tub fill up quickly when taking a shower. Instructions on how to find local TV would be helpful, as unit utilizes streaming services. It took a while to figure it out, and after Monday Night Football, it wasn't really an issue the rest of the week.

Family Vacation

We stayed in this unit last year and hoped that it would have been taken care of by now. The carpet in the bedroom is soiled and old, the blinds in the bathroom don't work and are dirty. The slide door to the patio is hard to open and close. The kitchen pots/pans need updating and coffee pot was disgusting. We had to clean it out with vinegar. You should have seen what came out of it. The rates keep going up, but no improvements are being made. The complex is a good location and quiet. If rates go down we will stay at this resort again but not at this unit.

So i really loved it and it will probably be our go to condo every year. Although every place on the beach was cleaning up sand from the hurricane and you guys were doing nothing in regards to the pool area being clean.

Enjoyed our first time stay

Room was clean. Overall nice place. Not sure why but there was a bandaid on a light switch. I guess was used to leave the switch on. It was clean but kind of gave an eww factor. Some of the bedding had stains on it. A quick call to the management company rectified the issue. My only other wish was that there were gas grills available to use versus the single charcoal pit.

Spring break

We loved our stay in Emerald Isle. The location was great and convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back and would like to stay again for the same week next year. The property manager had excellent communication asking how our stay was and asked if we need anything.

Needed Get A Way

Our original trip was supposed to be in Fort Myers but was canceled due to hurricane Ian. So, we chose Tampa and loved this property. It was so close to the ocean and walking distance to many restaurants as well. The condo itself was decorated very nicely. After walking on the floors for a half hour our feet were so dirty so obviously the cleaning people are not doing their job so that was disappointing. The chairs on the balcony need to be replaced as every time we sat down, we had to sit down very slowly in fear of them breaking. Also, the patio door and screen door need some help. Many times, it was hard to get open and closed. One other thing would be to have the grill on the property replaced. It is so old and all the grates we full of rust. Overall, we had a very nice get away and the views were spectacular.

Relaxing - perfect beach spot

This matched the online pics and descriptions. Location was great- nice little plaza right across the street with places to eat, grocery stores close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). Only thing I would say that was negative about the unit is the carpet in the bedrooms needs to go. Other than that- had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The room was exactly as pictured. Pool overlooking the sandy gulf waterfront was beautiful. We would definately stay here again.

Place had no bath soap carpets where dirty and ripped showing tack strip in master bedroom.

The person I spoke with didn’t help us out much when we had to leave on very short notice . Really think we should be refunded half of our stay or 4 days as we had to look elsewhere for accommodations

Unit was clean and The kitchen and restrooms were updated nicely. The building is on the smaller side so not a ton of people to deal with which was nice. Great views of the beach and easy beach access.

Beautiful views, great location, but could use some updates

The condo location and views we amazing! Upon arrival we did immediately notice the cleaning company definitely did not clean as they should. Floors and bathrooms were dirty and bed linens needed to be washed. I did reach out to property management and immediately had a response from them. Later in the week the ac went out, they did go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation offering to move us as well as sending an ac company out to try to fix. Not only all of those but they also credited us back for the inconvenience to us for cleaning and ac. I would recommend renting with resort rentals again, but this particular property could also use some tlc to the appliances, carpet, and doors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and view.

Beach Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo location, and very quiet. We would stay here again, but would bring cleaning supplies. My 6 year old’s feet were black the first night we got there, because the floor was so dirty. The key to go in all the door around the property was an annoyance, it would take several minutes each time to jiggle the key to make it work. Other than that, it was a nice quiet location for families.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This was a perfect little spot to stay. The view was decent and was right on the beach with easy access. The inside is well decorated, clean, and up to date. The bucket of beach toys and extra chairs came in handy. The complex itself is a little outdated and has some issues with the keys to unlock the pool/beach/doors. I was super thankful for the keypad entry to the actual condo though and the code for the front door!

Disappointed & Upset

Needs to be remodeled and updated. Kitchen stove and refrigerator absolutely disgusting. Roaches in the kitchen drawers. Carpets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Window coverings broken or missing slats. Bathrooms need remodeling and entire condo repainted. Air conditioning not working when we arrived. Coffee pot unusable.

Great location! But dirty, bugs, and super annoying keys to get in/out and to/from beach/pool…ugh!

Beautiful beach. Condo was tastefully decorated. The biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. I found long dark hairs everywhere when we arrived and the carpet had not been vacuumed and was disgusting. Also…asked a couple questions about whether there was a blow dryer and cooler provided in room. The answer was “no” by the property management company. They were wrong. It was like they were answering me w “canned answers” instead of truly knowing about my specific rental. Elevator super slow and it was the only way to get to and from your condo (unless you carried the keys to the stairwell that only worked half of the time.) Bug treatment company showed up during our vacation to treat for bugs…wasn’t expecting that. Also found a live worm in our condo in the living room. Pretty gross!

It is set up very nice that you really don't see or hear anything from neighboring units. Beautiful decor. Great air flow and sounds from the ocean. Shut the A/C off and let the breeze come thru. Great location. Near to great restaurants and shopping. Could really use a deep clean, however it was not an issue for us. If I had to suggest anything to future guests, bring extra pillows, extra towels, garbage bags, hand soap and dish soap as with this unit, these items were very scarce or non-existent.

Cute but lacking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very cute place. The furnishings in the living room were very nice. There were some disappointments though. The Keurig was broken, the beds were very firm, the sliding glass door was very hard to open, the pool was very cold, and they had some beach items that you couldn't use because they were literally chained up. The building was clean and having the laundry right around the corner was a plus. The area was nice with plenty of restaurants. Overall it was a decent stay.

Would stay again. but a few things

The location and price is what makes this condo stand out. The view and location was great! Not as busy as maderia but still close by. Rates four stars because of cleanliness and check in process. The condo could use a deep clean, ex the cabinets had old food crumbs in the drawers. The check in process was easy but only works if you have a car. Wasn’t aware that we would have to pick up keys 15 mins away from condo until after booking.

Incredible Beach Experience, Less than Incredible Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a incredible week of weather so the beach experience was awesome. The pool is very small and a bit disappointing. The condo looks good in pictures but not quite the same in person. I would rate the cleanliness a 7 out of 10. There were some things that were not functional, there was no room for clothes in the second bedroom closet, the dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, the washer and dryer are not in the unit, which was a surprise. There is carpet in the bedrooms which is pretty dirty looking. The walk to the beach was short which was great for us. It was very quiet which was also a plus.
