Beautiful home, unbeatable view. Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was truly awesome! The kids really loved the pool table and ping pong table, which we used a lot. All the amenities on hand made for a perfect turnkey beach vacation. I especially appreciated the quality of everything.

Luxurious and fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at FMB! The view and beach were breathtaking and the home well appointed and high end. The pool ended up being an important amenity as it was windy and cool for three of our days and we used the pool often. The owner was responsive. We had a couple of minor issues but it turned out to mostly be us not knowing about the operation. They also quickly sent maintenance to handle the other issues. Beds were comfortable, living room spacious and the men loved the 85 inch TV! The pictures don't do it justice. The main drag has construction and backed up daily, but we worked around it. It was good to see FMB coming back to life!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! You can't be the location, steps from the sand! The owner was extremely communicative any time something came up. The house is equipped with pretty much anything you need! Having the pool table and ping pong table was a big bonus. We will be back!

Fantastic House On The Beach

This house is by far the best beach house we have stayed in. It is huge. It has an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. The basement has a pool table and ping pong table for those rainy times. We had a couple of issues during a crazy storm where it was raining sideways. The issues were taken care of quickly by the owner. Michael, the owner, was very quick to take care of any questions or issues we had. The house is right on the beach and has its own pool and hot tub. The house sits in a very private area of the beach. Do not hesitate to rent this gem of a beach house.

Great gulf-front home with pool and direct beach access

This house was great for our family (6 adults and 1 infant). The rooms are large and the views fantastic! There are lots of pool and beach toys / chairs / etc. available, making it quite easy to enjoy the amenities. Walking on the beach during low tide was particularly fascinating! And, the house is close to many restaurants and stores.

The most AMAZING Family Beach Vacation! 🏝️🐬❤️

Our family had the most AMAZING beach vacation staying in this beautiful home! This was our first time visiting Fort Myers Beach and we were not disappointed! We loved every aspect of this house; the close location to the beach was unreal! We appreciated its proximity to the airport, grocery store, restaurants and night life. The amenities were the best of any beach house we have ever stayed in! No need to worry about anything! Just show up and let the relaxation begin. Family gathering

Location of the property was perfect and was the right size for our 6 adults and 2 children. The issue which we had to deal with was the fact that upon our arrival the roof of the house was under construction to replace tiles. The swimming pool was covered with a tarp that was full of dirty water and rocks. The construction was scheduled to last during our whole stay causing us not to be able to use the pool and causing a hazard for my family with falling debris. My sons and I convinced the workers that they were not able to work with us in the house when they returned . Many attempts were made to contact the owner by both us, the workers' boss, and vrbo. The owner finally called us the next afternoon and said he was unaware of the scheduled construction. Once the construction workers were gone and the pool was usable, we had a great family celebration.

A Wonderful Beachfront Villa

My husband and I were here for the last week in March with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons. The Villa is perfect, the view is fantastic, and the furnishings are lovely. In addition to a big screen living room TV, there were TVs in every bedroom and the cable service included a classical music station (850) that was much appreciated. We also particularly enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, both in the front and in the back. The back plantings made for such an intimate and private experience, poolside. In addition, the section of the beach where the villa is located was never crowded. Just ideal in so many ways all of which contributed to a most relaxing and refreshing week. We also enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong table and all the chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and bikes that were made available to us. Thank you Mike and Sherri!

Fun in the sun,

Property was beautiful. Just a few yards from the water. Plenty of “ toys “ to keep the entire family happy. There is still a lot of destruction from Hurricane Ira. Many of the restaurants are closed or operating out of tents or food trucks. The elevator made the multi- story unit manageable for the seniors in our group.

Amazing how nice this rental was post hurricane. The house is exactly what the description says. Location is great, walked the beach every mornings. Enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Sat on the balcony at night looking at the stars and the shoreline. Sunsets were awesome on the beach.

Beyond Belief

This is hands down the nicest beach house where our family has ever stayed. It is RIGHT on the the beach and the amenities are amazing. From the bikes and fishing gear in the garage, to the wonderful appliances, to the well stocked kitchen, to the plentiful pool toys, everything was beyond expectation. And the beach is so perfect. Beach front bliss!

Our family had the privilege to be the first to stay here after the remodel from Hurricane Ian. The house was beyond gorgeous! Every inch of the property was perfect. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach getaway was there for us. There was a family staying next door and we couldn’t hear them at all. The beach was not crowded at all, even on the 4th of July. We got to see tons of different birds, very colorful lizards, dolphins, and even a manatee! This beach house became our home for a week and spoiled us for life!!
