We have renovated the 19th century farmhouse to be a unique + spacious place for guests.
Property abuts state park. Steps to beach. Fire tower and nature trails can be reached from backyard. Ice fishing, snowshoeing. Catamount + VAST trail at end of road (no need to transport sleds once here).Rail Trail biking close by. Stowe 20 minutes away.
Outdoor activities abound or Zen in quiet nature!
Open concept farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.

Master bedroom with king bed and bath.
Second bedroom with queen bed.
Third bedroom with 2 twins trundle and 1 twin bunk.
Full bath with Laundry room upstairs. 1/2 bath on first living floor.
Large mud room for gear upon entrance.
Breakfast octagon nook with small bar sink.

The original farmhouse had a spring, hence the pump in the side entryway. Please do not open the pump and flood the foyer.
Please do not place trash or food outside where bears and raccoons can get into it. There is a new box with barrels in the driveway to place trash.
Please no food or drink in or on bunk. Striped beach towels in laundry room for use on beach. Please do not take regular bath towels to beach.
