Second bedroom features a queen bed with a dresser and a closet. Third bedroom features a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle bed, dresser and closet. Open concept living, kitchen and dining room. The garage is reserved for host storage. There is plenty of off-street parking on the driveway. Grocery stores, restaurants, Target and Walmart are all within a 10-15 min. drive. The property is within close proximity to I-75, located about 35 minutes away from Venice & Englewood Beach. Nearest airports: Punta Gorda (15 min.), Fort Myers (45min.) and Sarasota (1 hour).
