We are a costa rican couple that designed this home by ourselves after finding this great piece of land. We travel back and forth from San Jose, but have local staff to welcome you when you arrive. We enjoy this house with our families, our friends and as a couple.
Why they chose this property
For over 3 years we considered buying condos or beach houses in different areas of Costa Rica. Being local, allowed us to experience many different homes and hotels, and after all of that we fell in love with Playas del Coco. First of all, Guanacaste province is better weather and so full of different beaches, that the experience is unbeatable. But then in this private community we found the large lots and great nature we wanted, while still having proximity to everything: great dining areas are nearby, the beach club has tennis, pickleball, restaurant and gym, both Coco and Ocotal beaches are nearby, and in downtown Coco there are shopping options...all conveniently just 45 minutes away from the airport.
What makes this property unique
Our property was designed by us with the concept of sharing time with friends and family. Its not about looking outwards, but about creating different unique spaces to share: a deck area to sit and relax, a solarium sanded area with hammocks, a sun tanning area by the pool, a refreshing pool cascade, a large terrace with grill, a large kitchen and dining to sit together. Everyone can be together, or everyone can have their own moment of tranquility... and each one gets their own bedroom, bathroom and key. So, its like sharing a private hotel with your close ones.
