Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. Family Beach Visit
Lands End property is beautiful and the condo is on Sunset Beach. Everything was as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable condo.

Last minute trip
We found this little place super last minute after our cruise was cancelled. We met lovely people staying in the same resort and had a great time exploring the pier, boardwalk and other places St. Petersburg has to offer! We will definitely be back.

Perfect holiday

The whole property is very neat and well maintained. There is such a large swimming pool which you can hardly find anywhere else on the beaches. The condo was clean and some updating works were also made in comparison to last year. The furniture is light and in good condition in all the three rooms. You can also find beach chairs and umbrellas in a cupboard.The kitchen utilities could have some more updating. If you book a condo in Land ́s End you need a car. The nearest restaurant (Caddy's) is about a mile away - convenient for a breakfast or lunch on the beach. On the opposite side you can find the Ka ́tiki bar - every evening live music (mostly really good one).The next Publix is about 2 miles away. The beach along the property is wide, sandy and never overcrowded. The only downside was in this year that it was never cleaned with the beach cleaning machines during the 4 weeks. The whole staff of the Resort Rental Agency is very professional and all of them are very helpful and kind - especially Janet, the office manager. Thanks for all of you.We can recommend the Land ́s End condos for everyone, but especially for people who are not too keen on lively actions and so.Anyway, we return next year again.

Any minor problems have always been handled promptly and courteously by the rental company. The staff at the complex do a great job in making sure that rules are followed at the pool. The condo has been updated with new furniture, TV's and WiFi. The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. Plenty of eating places in Treasure Island, St. Pete's Beach and St. John's Pass. Looking forward to going back in 2015.

Fabulous views and only a short walk to the excellent pool. Reasonably well appointed. Could do with a new sofa for comfort and as a tea drinker, an electric kettle would be good. A big part of enjoying the beachfront is listening to the waves at night. The interior paint was discolored, tile was broken in master bath and the front door near latch looked like it was held together with Bondo.

The Land's End location is very quiet and comfortable, and the view of the gulf and the sunsets from our balcony were stunning. The only comment of note is the unit itself needs some attention, the front screen door is off the frame, one of the bedroom window screens falls off its tracks, and the decore needs some updates.

One of the showers in our unit did not work, and the rental property was messaged, but never received a response back. Luckily there was another shower in the unit. Just wanted to note it that it was like that on arrival. The decor in our unit is very uncomfortable and outdated, and the screens to the balcony need to be replaced. They did not stay on the tracks.Other than that the property is very nice, and we look forward to coming back.

Reviewer Comments: The closet door has been broken for a year, the dryer is so loud you can't use it when anyone is sleeping or even trying to have a conversation. ( I talked to last year's renter of the same unit.). It has not been updated at all and furniture and beds are old, bedspread dirty, we had to wash all dishes before using them. The elevator stopped working twice in building 11. I like the property, just not this unit. Pool area is great!

Lands End return visit-same unit both stays

Reviewer Comments: Had stayed at Lands End previously and had worked through Resort Rentals as well. This return experience was not as good as the first. Some of the issues are with Resort Rentals and some with Lands End itself. Will list items as they arose chronologically.(1) First trip on the elevator it got stuck and i had to call for the emergency line for help. The response on this was fairly quick but getting stranded on and elevator is never pleasurable.(2) The people Resort Rentals are using to prep the unit did not do a good job. When I went to get into bed the first night I discovered they had only placed a fitted sheet on the bed and no top sheet. There was not an extra sheet for a kind bed in the unit.(3) The next morning a got a piece of glass embedded in my foot from a floor mat in the kitchen.(4) Found another piece of glass in a floor mat later that day. Removed it before someone could step on it.(5) Trash bags provided were too small for the kitchen trash can and were thinner than sandwich bags. When I tried to remove one it came apart and I had to did the trash and garbage out by hand and re-bag it. Went out and bought the proper kind of trash bags.(6) New policy of charging $10 per person for visitors not staying with you is ridiculous. I have friends who live in the area that I would have liked to have visit but declined to do so because of this policy.(7) The unit itself is very nice and very well equipped. My compliments to the unit owners for this.(8) Paper products (paper towels and TP) are low budget and cheesy. Would expect better at a high end property.I love the Treasure Island area and Lands End is a nice resort which is why I came back there again. Would like to see them make some improvements to eliminate some of the issues I have listed. Many of these are small things and I know everyplace is budget conscious since Covid struck but feel the quality there has decreased since my previous
