Hi, my name is Jim Sylvester. I’m the owner of this condo. I live in San Diego California. I’ve owned that condo for the last 17 years. I recently refurnished the entire condo September 2024.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it was so conveniently located a mile and a half to shops and restaurants walking distance to the grocery store and the property sits on a beautiful white sandy beach that you can walk per miles each way the community of El Za latte and it is low density only 72 units
What makes this property unique
I have one of the best units in the entire community. It sits on the sixth floor two units from the end the view is incredible large covered patio. You can sit back and watch the whales swing by the beautiful ocean on an on a white sandy beach..
