This luxury house offers the perfect set up for entertaining with lovely views of the ocean from the living areas on the second floor to the mater bedroom on the third floor. The home offers wonderful comfort for your family and friends to stay whether you're here for celebration or relaxation. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and a full bath- TVs in each room. The second floor is where you will find the open concept kitchen, living room, dining area. This floor also has the half bath with laundry and outdoor deck with ocean views. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms, one has a king and a single sleep sofa and the other has two twins plus a trundle, as well as a full bath. With the Nubble Lighthouse located at the peninsula point, a quick 5 minute walk to Long Sands beach or an easy stroll to Short Sands beach it's the perfect location. Short Sands beach offers family fun and entertainment with an array of restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit the York's Wild Kingdom! Long Sands beach offers a longer beach coast but still has a few restaurants. This is your perfect home away from home rental house. Beautiful house & Perfect location!

Nine of us ladies stayed for 3-night girl’s getaway! It was so much fun, despite some rainy times. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the location was great for all the York and Ogunquit attractions. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful Property Overlooking York Beach

We loved our stay. The living area is sandwiched on the second floor by the two floors of bedrooms. The living area is spacious and has plenty of seating. The only issue we ran into is the first floor being quite chilly. We had a wonderful time and will certainly be booking again.

Wonderful stay for a group of friends

We are going to Maine a few times a year and this house was the best we have rented for years! No doubt we will come back again in a few months!

Great House close to The Beach

The house is great, it has an awesome open main level that comfortably provides for a good size group(8-10). The porch is also very cool and offers great views.

Wonderful property!

This house is the perfect spot for a York Beach vacation. It has great views of the ocean and is only a quick walk away from the beach. The layout of the house is ideal for multiple adults or multiple families. We loved it!

Great week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay in York and enjoyed the house and location. We lucked out and had perfect weather. We went to the beach everyday and walked to dinner each night. It was lovely.

Wonderful home

This was the ideal place for my family reunion this year. The main level was just perfect for us to spend time together. The house is clean and easy to access, we all had a great time.

Absolutely stunning

This place was absolutely stunning. Everything about this place was first rate. Communication was easy and responsiveness was quick. The views were incredible and the house was located very close to both beaches. Couldn’t be happier and would love to stay there again

Perfect stay to Short & Long Sands!

Great beach house with ocean views and a close walk to both Short & Long Sands. Very clean, lots of dishes to cook at home, and perfect for multiple families! Only downside is that there’s no yard area for the kids to play outside and it was tough to fit our 3 cars in the allotted spots. Overall, it was a great beach house for 12 of us, and would definitely book again!

Great visit with a fantastic location

The house is beautiful and very accurately described. The main level is a great place to hang out. The limited ocean view is very nice. The proximity to both Long Sands and Short Sands was terrific. The house has everything that you would need. We had a few very minor issues (microwave problem, an issue with the door locking) and the management had someone over to address it immediately.

Perfect for multigenerational family fun

We had a wonderful long weekend stay with three generations of our family. The three bedrooms on the first floor are great for older relatives. The second floor open concept kitchen/dining and living space is fabulous for everyone to spend time together and the balcony off the space is also perfect for hanging out together. The third floor master is filled with light and definitely delivers the best view of all. Everything is walkable from this property and York is totally worth the trip. We would absolutely visit again. Great for families.

Early spring girls weekend!

The house was absolutely beautiful and accurate in its description. We are a group of seven girls that travel together regularly. The house had plenty of space and the common areas had room for all of us. The house was ready early and we were notified and invited to check in early if we wished to do so. There was a welcome bottle of wine and a jar of the Stonewall kitchens famous blueberry jam. We loved everything about the house and look forward to a repeat visit!

Nubble house

The five bedrooms were nice. The views were beautiful. There was lots of small issues that hadn’t been addressed in some time. No yard, parking is minimal, no place for kids to play outside and the house is on a busy street for traffic. Location is great for getting to beaches and the Goldenrod. Having to make your own bed is annoying. A/C in the downstairs bedrooms doesn’t really work, bring a fan with you. Kitchen living room is on the second floor. Keep that in mind for disabled or elderly people. You couldn’t lock the door to the master bedroom due to the shared bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom. I know I sound a little petty but I expected more for what I was paying to stay.

Great house with open space

Perfect house for families/friends

This house was a great size for our group of 4 adults and 7 kids (ages 6-13). The house was lovely and had every amenity we could ask for. The views from the two decks were spectacular and the perfect place for a morning coffee and evening cocktail. It was a 5 min walk to Long Sands Beach and 10 min walk to Short Sands so you have the best of both worlds and Nubble Lighthouse is just under a mile. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Family vacation.

Was a great place to stay with my family of 12 ages ranging from 62 to 16 months old. Within Walking distance to two beaches, restaurants and great location for short drive to sites in Portland. Flew into to Boston for a day of site seeing there then drove to York

Nice but lacks privacy

The property is very close to other homes. No privacy on your deck. Very limited blinds or curtains which are needed because like I said very close to other homes.

Amazing Place

This home was extremely clean and provided everything we needed for our stay here on our recent vacation. The home is in the best location! We walked to Long Sands Beach, downtown York Beach, and the Nubble Lighthouse. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and this property made it amazing!
