Luxury 3200 sqft home on quiet street walking distance--0.7 miles--from Kierland Commons (shopping & restaurants), and the Kierland Golf Course. We have 4BR 2.5 baths with additional sitting/reading/TV room. Contemporary finishes, brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and contemporary Restoration Hardware furniture. Private pool (sorry no pool heater) and backyard. The four bedrooms have plush mattresses and 500 thread count bedding. Open floor plan, Samsung 60 inch TV in family room with DirecTV service, and Wi-Fi. Our house is 20 min (18 miles) from the PHX airport in the heart of fashionable North Scottsdale.

5-minutes from annual events including: FBR/Phoenix Open, Barret-Jackson Auto Auction. Short drive to Salt River Spring Training Complex, and Fiesta Bowl.

This home is immaculate and in a nice neighborhood. The layout and spaciousness is perfect for a family group. The beds and furnishings are beautiful, but more importantly comfortable. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Scottsdale, the owners have thought about every detail to make your trip fun and relaxing.

The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was also nicely furnished and had all the supplies you need. The neighborhood was quiet with many shops and restaurants within a short distance. The pool area was lovely and private. The only negative was that the pool could not be heated and even though the temperatures each day were in the 80s the water was extremely cold.

Amazing home away from home!
The house was immaculate, in perfect condition, and beautifully appointed. It was so spacious and airy, and had all the amenities you would want in a home. It has a very warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in your own home. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Was truly wonderful to be here, and we would love to come again!

Amazing home!
My girlfriends and I (8 total) were more than comfortable in this home. They property was stocked and decorated so nice. We were able to walk to a cafe (about a mile) each morning. Thank you again for opening up your home.

What a great retreat for us as we celebrated our son's wedding. The place is immaculate, comfortable, clean, and has great touches everywhere. Four bedrooms are very spacious and master bathroom is wonderful. We especially enjoyed the French language welcome on the pantry door chalk board. Within easy walking distance to Kierland shops and restaurants. Private backyard. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this great place!
