The designated dining area comfortably seats 7 with plenty of natural light and space for family game nights. Additional seating is located at the kitchen bar for a quick meal before heading to the pool, beach, or Celebration Park.

The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with all the tools you need to make your favorite meals right from home, and abundant counterspace with plenty of room for prepping and serving. The cabinets and food pantry offer all the space you need to store beach day snacks, dinner ingredients, and more.

This spacious single-story unit offers two primary suites with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms! The first primary bedroom is located just off the living room, featuring a brand-new king bed and mattress in February 2024, a Smart TV with streaming, and a newly renovated bathroom with a large vanity area and a walk-in tiled shower.

The second primary bedroom features a brand-new king bed and mattress in 2024 that is lower to the ground for ease of access, a Smart TV with streaming, and a newly renovated bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, and a handicap grab bar for assistance. This room also features a separate HVAC system so that the temperature can be adjusted differently than the rest of the unit.

The twin bedroom features two twin beds, a Smart TV with streaming, a dedicated work/study space with a sit-to-stand desk and task chair, plus high-speed Wi-Fi access to support all your work-from-home needs. This bedroom shares access to a guest bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Guests staying at this property have access to a fantastic community pool, and the brand-new Celebration Park can be accessed through a gate just across the parking lot from #13.

This complex does not allow any pets.

Pool is not heated at any time and opened from April 1st - October 31st.

While staying at 13 Springwood Villas, you can reserve 1 hour of tennis time daily at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center across the street.
