• 4K Smart flat screen TV with basic cable and owner's Internet access
• Open concept studio style kitchen and living area. Kitchen has many amenities that helps you prepare your homecooked meals.
• Laundry done easy with washer & dryer inside the unit.
• Bathroom towels, hair dryer and available personal care supplies.
• Screened, furnished patio a place where you can relax with a morning coffee.
• For guests traveling with kids a pullout sofa bed in the living room is a great option.
• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs.

The apartment was great overall. However you may want to change the shower curtains as the floor got wet every time we showered. You may also want to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Other than that is a really nice apartment.

I booked a weekend stay for my fiancés birthday. We love the Clearwater area. Everything about this property is great. The location is good, quiet neighborhood and great amenities. Property is kept up very well. Margaret was great with any questions we had. We will definitely book again.

Clearwater, FL is one of my all time FAVORITE cities. Hopefully, God will see it fit to locate permanently in the near future 🙌 Our stay in the "Cozy Retreat" was top notch. We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater with the beautiful weather and beaches. Margerat was awesome in helping us check in early and her quick responses to questions. The unit was clean and very well stocked. I highly recommend this place as we will be returning again.

Very nice unit with lots of personal touches
This was one of the best rental units we've stayed at. It is clear the owner cares a lot about the property and provides very well for the guests (laundry supplies, nice kitchen tools, common cooking essentials, etc). Lots of small details were covered, including a nice book of nearby attractions. The owner was also very kind to accommodate a change in our booking dates due to Hurricane Ian. Cosy, updated unit, was perfect for my wife and I and it was a quick easy drive to nearby Clearwater attractions, beaches, etc.
