Carolina Cottage was built in 1950 and has had a complete remodel. Duncan park area has plenty of outdoor activities with the Rail Trial nearby. Enjoy the parks in the area or kayaking in Duncan Park Lake which is just a short stroll away! Downtown Spartanburg is a short drive with delicious restaurants and local shopping options.
