Great location, dated property
We spent a week at Sapphire Ocean Terrace in March 2025. The property itself is definitely dated and in need of updates. While it was very clean, there was broken tiles, worn out flooring, and just overall tired look. That being said the staff was AMAZING and nothing but kind and helpful whenever needed. The room itself was clean but not up to par in my book. Broken cabinet doors, closet doors that were broken and off the track, an extremely dirty couch on the veranda which was quite unsightly. The one bathroom has an extremely inaccessible shower which is a large jacuzzi tub that they added a shower curtain to, it was dangerous and quite scary to get in and out of when wet. Dishes were chipped and the dishwasher was full of old, unclean dishes that had mold on them. The bed itself was comfortable but the TV in the bedroom did not work well and only showed fuzzy screen.The best part was the view which was amazing and we loved sitting on the veranda enjoying the ocean, We also loved this location on the island as it was quiet compared to other areas we visited. The on property restaurant food was good and the restaurants within walking distance were all good as well. We enjoyed Mullet Bay beach the most (less than half mile walk), well worth getting a beach chair.Overall we liked our stay but may look for a more updated property the next time we visit.
