Spacious apt with terrace and beautiful sea view

House is only 500m distance from the
beach and only 1 km distance from the historic center of Senj.


The apartment is located on the ground floor and has an area of 130 square meters. It consists of a large living room of 20 square meters, where there is a sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee maker and a microwave. In the dining room there is a large table with chairs. Three bedrooms offer accommodation for 7 people total. Two bedrooms have large double beds, and the third room has a double bed and a single bed.
The bathroom is also fully equipped and in addition to the basic necessities we provide you with the towels, hair dryer and washing machine.


The most beautiful part of the apartment is the large teracce with and area of 50 square meteres with a beautiful view. A part of it is in the shade and there is a table with benches for 8people. 

Behind the house there is a large barbecue with the woods provided. You can use it to barbecue or prepare food under the baking bell (Croatian “peka”).  

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Within the house there are 3 parking spaces.
The price of accommodation includes all facilities such as WI-FI, wood for the barbecue, air-conditioning, parking, electricity, water and garbage collection.
