2BR apartment in Greenpoint Brooklyn, brand new building with an elevator, located 1.5 blocks north of McCarren park (tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, track and field), close to the G train station (2 min. walk) and the L train (10 min. walk), close to the ferry to get to the city on 34th street, located in a quiet side street and neighborhood. Located next to a Police precinct so it is really safe. Rooftop with bbq grill, gorgeous view on Manhattan skyline. Friendly for toddlers, babies.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is awesome. Close to a park, with lots of small boutique restaurants, coffee shops, and its a quiet neighborhood, unlike other parts of Brooklyn. It's also a very safe neighborhood if you have kids.
What makes this property unique
1. The apartment is located on a really quiet side street so you get a good nights sleep! And you can work quietly if you're doing home office.
2. The apartment has large windows in every room and gets a ton of light, but I have also installed blackout shades.
3. It is also located on the 3rd floor which means that you can see the green trees growing to that height, so it's like you're in nature :)
4. It has a really nice rooftop where you can have dinner and do BBQs, play ping pong, read, listen to music, etc and have a beautiful view on the Manhattan skyline and East river.
