Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Haus ist schön groß . Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager sowie ein kleiner Hund. An den Garten wurde noch gearbeitet, was nicht ideal war, aber wir konnten gut damit umgehen. Die Zufahrtsstraßen wurde gerade gebaut, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Der Garten ist und wird sehr schön, super groß und gepfegt. Es ist nur eine Kapselkaffeemaschine da, da wir würden eine normale Kaffeemaschine bevorzugen . Sonst ist wirlich alles vorhanden für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Lage ist sonst wirklich super. Vermieter sehr nett und kümmert sich.

Wonderful stay

We had a great weeks stay in Dirks house in Ieper. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and more. Lovely garden and the table tennis and badminton are nice touches. Easy walk in to the centre of town and Ieper itself is a lovely place with some beautiful buildings. Check in and check out was easy and there were no problems at all.

Zonnige dagen in heerlijk ruim huis

Fijn dat de bedden waren opgemaakt, ruim voldoende handdoeken. In de keuken veel voorraad, woonkamer heel gezellig, boeken, spelletjes. Buiten pingpongtafel, grote tuin, jeu de boules. Dank aan de contactpersoon Johnny die warm water probleem heeft opgelost. Korte afstand tot centrum (door wegwerkzaamheden met de auto moeilijk te vinden) . Goed contact met eigenaar , kortom een heel fijn verblijf!

Top Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus und der Hausbesitzer war immer gut zu erreichen und stets freundlich . Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden in diesem Haus das gut gelegen ist. Wir haben Tagesausflüge an den nahegelegenen Städten Brügge, Gent und Lille gemacht. Ich dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Lovely home within walking distance to historic center

Very comfortable home, clean and tidy, comfortable interior spaces and beautiful garden. Minutes away from bike paths and short walk into town. We had trouble with the auto key system checking in but we wee able to connect with the caretaker and everything worked out well. Owner made arrangements to repair the problem so future guests should not have the same issue. Prior t our arrival Dirk was responsive, patient, and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

Idéal pour se retrouver entre amis

Même si, dans un premier temps, j'avoue avoir eu un peu peur par manque de réaction du propriétaire, une fois le dialogue mis en place, la communication était claire et précise. Le mode d'emploi pour l'accès à l'habitation et aux commodités est très explicite. L'habitation est très bien équipée, notamment dans de la technologie moderne ! Avec mes amis, nous avons passé un excellent week-end et sommes prêts pour resigner pour l'an prochain... ...et un merci particulier à Johnny pour ses conseils et sa gentillesse !

Leuke woning en locatie, maar een aantal minpunten

Een aantal zaken in de woning werken niet, dit staat er dan wel bij vermeld, maar daarmee los je het niet op. Slaapkamerraam die niet open kan bij 32°C is niet prettig, evenals geen parasols of zonnetent voor het (ruime) terras. Buitenkant heeft ook nog véél afwerking nodig. Woning is wel ruim ingericht met goede keuken en goede bedden, ook een grote tuin en parkeergelegenheid. Rustige locatie, op een 20 min stappen van de grote markt. De buitenkant afwerken en zorgen dat de mankementen worden weggewerkt en dit is een top vakantiewoning.

Lovely house with excellent leisure and shopping facilities close by.

This property is situated on the outskirts of Ypres with a canal and cycle track close by. There are bikes available and lovely countryside to cycle in. The property has excellent facilities both inside and out and our grandchildren enjoyed the boule, the badminton and the hot tub . All in all a great place to stay.

Beautiful house - great for families

We had a short stay here while we visited Ypres and the WW1 battlefields. While it is a little bit out of town, there's a shop nearby and it is very quiet. Our kids loved the garden and the house has everything you could possibly need. It is clean, well equipped and really comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Volledig zoals beschreven

Een zeer mooi en modern huisje met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Oogt iets ruimer op de foto's dan in het echt maar nog steeds ruim genoeg (daarvan ook de 5 sterren) Aangenaam ontvangst, mooi terrein, perfecte ligging, etc. Zeker om nog eens terug te komen!

Mooie ruime woning en prachtige tuin

We hebben een mooi weekend gehad in Ieper ,onze kleine kids vonden de tuin prachtig en hebben er heel veel plezier gemaakt. En, als de kinderen plezier hebben dan is het weekendje al bijna geslaagd niewaar.Het is een prachtige woning met mooie ruime kamers,van alle comfort voorzien en een heel gezellige living/keuken.Er zijn dan de dingen die het verblijf daar heel aangenaam hebben gemaakt zoals de tramboline,de piano,petanqe enzovoort, en ook de speciale kippen van de buur viel bij onze kleinkinderen bijzonder in de smaak.En als je in Ieper bent dan ga je uiteraard naar " De last Post " ....indrukwekkend ...en iedereen laat daar een traan .Dus, het is vatbaar voor herhaling en we geven het adres zeker door aan onze vrienden .Groetjes. Great Property with a Great Location
