The secluded first floor, accessible by an interior elevator, offers a cozy queen bedroom with a detached half bath, complemented by a private sitting area with a television and sleeper sofa—creating a tranquil retreat within the home. Upstairs, the open-concept living area glows with natural light, combining a fully-stocked kitchen, dining for 8, and a welcoming living room with plush couches, cable TV, high-speed internet, and board games for rainy days.
