Apartment A4 is located in Lokva Rogoznica in the heart od Dalmatia, approximately 9 km south of town Omiš. Following the same direction, to the south, would lead You to well known and famous tourist cities of Makarska and Dubrovnik. Apartment is located in quiet area for those guests who prefer total peace and want to enjoy their privacy away from busy lifestyle of urban areas, as well as enjoying in beautiful view on the sea and nearby islands. For more detailed description scroll below.
Apartment A4 is located only 200 m above the beach in quiet environment with breathtaking view on the Adriatic sea and island of Brač.
Apartment is just perfect for 3 persons, it consist of separate bedroom for 3 person (one dounle bed and one sofa with possibility to open for one person), fully equipped small kitchen with dining area, bathroom and big terrace in front of apartment which is perfect for enjoying nice and romantic dinners under the wines and figs.
Apartment is equipped with air condition, satellite TV and if you like to make your own lunch/dinner in the open, there is an outside grill situated just a few meters from apartment.
Reservation of my apartment we perform any day at week, the 7 night is minimum for stay in main season (July and August).
Before and after main season minimum stay is 3 nights.
The beach is only 200m away, restaurant 250 m away and market is far about 1000m.
The guest has possibility to access shared outside swimming pool with your own space on sundeck, access to grill area and shared fitness room. Guest has also possibility of using washing machine with small fee. In front of my property you have your own parking spot.
Staying at my property will assure You with comfort and a pleasant stay with absolute peace in quiet and romantic environment so you can recharge both your body and mind as well.

Fabelhaft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer niedlichen Ferienwohnung mit all dem was man braucht. Die Lage der FeWo ist perfekt, genauso wie abgebildet und das Highlight ist der Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Grgo ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber mit netten Tipps für Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Our Ten days at Tafra Luxury Apartments

The reason why we haven't given 5/5 stars for cleanliness is because we stayed for 10 nights in total but we didn't receive a change of towels or bedding and there wasn't a mid way clean provided neither was there any cleaning equipment provided. The reason why we haven't given 5/5 stars for the accuracy of the listing is because there isn't a lounge as described, this is part of the only bedroom within the property however there is an outdoor shaded terrace that is private to this apartment but is overlooked other properties and the car park spaces for other guests. The satellite TV has a very limited number of channels none of which were broadcast in English. The apartment is very close to the beach but it is situated at the top of a very steep incline and makes it very difficult to carry things too and from the apartment manually. This wouldn't be practical to push a pushchair up or down. The pool area is really lovely and the views were incredible. The sunbeds allocated to this apartment are in sunshine throughout the whole afternoon and evening, longer than were the other sunbeds are situated. Grgo is also lovely, easily contactable and knowledgeable of the local area.

Croatia- well be back!

Back home after a very nice week in beautiful Croatia. Nice weather, not that crowded, lots to see and do and this place as a steady base to come home to. Host Grgo most helpful with everything. Thank you! Very neat and clean, nice pool area with jacuzzi and a great view from the balcony. We can really recommend this place😊

Wunderbares Apartment in sehr schöner Anlage mit infinity Pool und wahnsinns Ausblick!

Unser Urlaub und Aufenthalt in Grgo's Apartment haben wir spontan gebucht: Ein echter Glücksfall! Nach 1-stündiger Anfahrt vom Flughafen Split erreicht man Grgo's Apartments/ Anlage. Wir wurden bereits von Grgo erwartet. Er führte uns kurz durch die Anlage: Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ein kleiner Fitnessraum, ein schöner Infinity Pool und ein unglaublicher Ausblick über die Adria zur Insel Brac, der zu schönen "Sundownern" mit einem Glas Wein einläd :-) Das Apartment 4, in dem wir unseren 10-Tages Urlaub verbracht haben, ist ein klimatisiertes 1-Zimmer Apartment mit Wohnküche inkl. großer Kühl-Gefrier Kombi und einem kleinen Dusch-Bad. Das beste an diesem Apartment befindet sich allerdings direkt vor der Haustür: Eine wunderbare Terasse, mit einem kleinen Überbau, über den Weinreben ranken, sowie einem großen Feigenbaum davor, an dem frische und süße Feigen wachsen. Für uns war es das absolute Highlight, hier morgens zu frühstücken und auch mal Mittags einen kleinen Thunfisch Salat zu genießen. Für Pärchen ist diese Wohnung wirklich genial - und mit dieser Terasse auch sehr romantisch ;-) Mindestens genauso gut, wie die romantische Terasse war das Schlafzimmer: Die Matratze ist super gut: nicht zu fest, nicht zu weich. Jedem der diese Bewertung bis hier gelesen hat, möchte ich sagen: ich habe oft Rückenschmerzen und habe in diesem Bett wunderbar geschlafen! - Absolute Empfehlung!! Wir waren im August bei Grgo, da war es oft sehr heiß: Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat das Zimmer innerhalb von Minuten auf kühle 18 Grad runter gekühlt, sodass wir immer gut und ohne Hitzewallungen einschlafen konnten. Gegenüber von der Einfahrt zu den Apartments ist eine kleine Strandbar mit Imbiss und Wasserstation. Omis mit seiner wunderbaren Altstadt und vielen Sport- und Ausflugsangeboten liegt nur ca. 15-20 Autominuten entfernt. Markaska mit seiner Marina und unglaublich guten Restaurants liegt ca. 40 Minuten entfernt und bietet ebenfalls tolle Kiesstrände, sowie Bootsausflüge zu bspw. den Inseln der Adriaperle. Unser Fazit: einer der besten Urlaube, die wir je hatten UND Mit Grgo finden Sie einen wirklich tollen und entspannten Gastgeber, der sehr hilfsbereit ist und sich wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert, sofern diese das möchten! Absolute Empfehlung - Sie können ohne Bedenken buchen! Tipp: buchen Sie online einen Mietwagen, das ist günstiger! Lieber Grgo, wir kommen gern wieder!! :-)

A great place in a beautiful area

We had a wonderful journey in this place. The appartment was a little more smaller than we expected but very very clean, with everything we need, the swimming pool so nice, the situation in this cost was perfect for us.. and we were between mountains and the see, awesome!

Entspannter Urlaub in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten 1 Woche das Appartement Nr 4 gebucht, haben uns jedoch so wohl gefühlt, dass wir direkt 2 Tage verlängert haben. Das Appartement war sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Zu dem Appartement gehört eine große Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Unser Sohn hat sich besonders am Pool wohlgefühlt. Hier gehören eigene Liegen zu jeder Wohnung. Ganz besonders begeistert hat uns die Herzlich- und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für diesen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Awesome View and Relaxing Spot

The place is great to relax without too many tourists. The beach is five minutes down the road. It's a bit difficult to drive up the hill to the apartment, but only the first time. Omis, a very nice little city is 15 minutes away, where you can book many activities and eat some local food. Makarska, a bigger city, that reminds me of Venedig, is 30 minutes away and has many shops and great, cheap boat restaurants at the coast. The apartment was good and clean. Grgo is very friendly and helpfull. Thank you Grgo! 😀

Super accueil, super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la localisation est idéale pour voir les sites principaux de la Dalmatie. Merci à grgo le propriétaire très accueillant gentil et serviable. La location est très propre et fidèle aux photos :: la piscine est top grand plus :: petit bémol pour la literie ?;) Nous n’hesiter Pas à faire profiter nos amis de cette excellente adresse ;) merci encore Grgo d’ avoir participé à rendre ces vacances superbes .. allez en Croatie !

Familienurlaub vom 22.06.-06.07.2019

Wir hatten das Appartement Nr. 4 für zwei Wochen gebucht. Die maximale Belegung liegt bei 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Zum Appartement gehört eine große Terrasse, die wir stets zum Essen genutzt haben. Hier haben wir den tollen Ausblick genossen, der vor allem aber vom Pool aus begeisterte. Wir haben hier wohl genauso viel Zeit verbracht wie an den Kiesstränden, die in ca. 150 m Entfernung zu Fuß zu erreichen waren. Wir haben einige Male den Grillplatz genutzt, der ebenfalls eine schöne Aussicht bietet, wenn man den Tisch etwas umstellt. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wer abends Trubel möchte, der fährt eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto nach Makarska. Unser Gastgeber Grgo spricht hervorragend englisch und ist stets hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Danke Grgo für einen tollen Urlaub, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Viele Grüße Oliver und Familie

ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Objekt war gut zu finden und der Empfang des Vermieters sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war jederzeit möglich. Traumhaftschön war die Lage des Pools, eigene Liegen mit Sonnenschirm und ein fabelhafter Blick aufs Meer. Wer im Urlaub zur Ruhe kommen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Objekt liegt auf einer Anhöhe, deswegen war der Weg dorthin sehr steil. Man kann aber auch das kurze Stück zum Strand problemlos zu Fuß gehen. Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters, er gab uns Tipps und nötige Informationen zur Umgebung. Wir können die Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse/Freisitz nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher wieder an diesen wunderschönen Ort zurückkehren.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns in Wohnung Nr. 4 sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Das beste ist der kleine Freisitz. Dort kann man wunderbar frühstücken und zu Mittag essen und am Abend nach einem guten Abendessen in Omis oder Makarska, noch gemütlich mit einem guten Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Leider ist die Zufahrt zum Grundstück sehr steil, aber man gewöhnt sich mit jedem Tag besser daran. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und wir haben immer ein gutes Plätzchen für uns gefunden. Das Wasser war wunderbar warm und klar und somit ideal zum Schnorcheln. Wir können die Anlage von Grgo Tafra nur wärmstens empfehlen, zumal der nette Eigentümer. der sehr gut Englisch spricht, uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden ist.
